  1. Agreement is positive if one of the two conditions the GP considered as important to the patient belongs to the same category as the condition considered most important by the patient. Otherwise, it is negative. Difference between groups tested using: + Fisher test; ++ t-test; practice location was evaluated using zip codes and data obtained from the Swiss Federal Statistical Office
