Other variables entered into model were age>64 years, sex, BMI>30, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarction; family history of early heart disease, dyspnea at rest, taking ACE inhibitors, β blockers, calcium channel blockers, AT1 blockers, lipid lowering agents.
